Contributor Agreement

This Agreement is a lengthy document – please read it carefully and be sure you understand it fully. It is a binding legal agreement between any registered User of morethanmozart.com who desires to upload, distribute, sale and offer usage for their music/creative content in any format (referred to as “you” or “Contributor”) and More Than Mozart, a company incorporated in Indiana, United States, and having its principal office located at 526 Cottage Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203 (Morethanmozart.com). For purposes of this Agreement, “Users” will include those who agree to the terms of the morethanmozart.com User Agreement.

In addition to describing submission requirements and compensation details, this Agreement contains the following important provisions regarding your rights and obligations:

• Representations and Warranties
• Indemnification Obligations
• Release and Disclaimer of Warranties
• Limitation of Liability

How will I receive royalties from my sales?
Following registration you'll be sent additional information to complete your sign-up and also receive your More Than Mozart identification number that will be included on all checks paid to you.

In order to cover expenses associated with More Than Mozart we need to apply the following:
Downloads: YOU KEEP 80% of total sale price. Yes, 80% is paid to you and MTM keeps 20%
Orders and Shipments of non downloadable items (that you ship from home): YOU KEEP 85%. Yes, 85% is paid to you and MTM keeps 15%.

Unlike other distribution sites like CD baby there is no set up fee at MTM!  We rock!


 

When will I be paid?
The minimum threshold for payout is $50.00. Royalties will accrue until you surpass $50. If you don’t happen to hit $50 during the year, you’ll automatically receive payout of any accrued royalties after the close of the calendar year.

You will be paid 15 days following the month your accrued royalties surpass $50.
