Dale impacted numerous students as a private music instructor of 47 years, public school teacher (Schulte, Bridgton, Martinsville, Columbus and Indianapolis school systems) clinician (Indiana University and Indiana State University), adjudicator (District and State solo and Ensemble Contest) and composer/arranger leaving a catalogue of over fifty string quartets and orchestral arrangements as well as a number of original orchestral works performed by school and community orchestras including “Peace For Children” premiered at the 1985 Peace Exhibit at the Indianapolis Museum of Art , Columbus opening and his Suite for Orchestra commissioned for the 1976 Bicentennial.
